A small preorder.
A clear refund promise.
US$1.90, one payment in USD, for a preorder of our Local Voice Dock Mac launcher. Purchasing is currently disabled.
What you are buying
Our launcher product, operated and sold by Jianming Duan (段建明). This is not a Dessa / Block product, model license, invitation or access sale. We do not represent Block and cannot grant its access. The developer prototype currently uses Whisper for transcription; Dessa support is planned and unavailable.
Delivery and automatic refund
The deadline is 90 calendar days after successful payment. The exact UTC deadline and order number will appear in the confirmation email. If Dessa support has not been delivered by that deadline, we will automatically initiate a full US$1.90 refund to the original payment method. Access or licensing obstacles do not remove this refund promise. No alternative model will be substituted to cancel it.
Refund at your request
You can request a full refund at any time before the deadline using the private refund link in your order email or by emailing duanjianming1981@gmail.com from your purchase email with the order number. We will issue the refund within 3 business days. Posting time after issuance depends on Stripe and your bank. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees from your US$1.90 refund. If an automatic refund fails or remains pending, the operator will follow up rather than mark it completed.
Payment and support
Checkout will be hosted by Stripe using the seller’s existing Cairn Studio merchant profile. No subscription or recurring charge is included. Any tax or different total must be shown before payment; this launch configuration accepts only a US$1.90 total. Confirmation emails are transactional, separate from optional release updates. Lost email or refund link? Contact the seller above. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
