The current developer prototype offers a local interface, a Whisper speech-to-text adapter, recording selection and a transcript output. Model setup downloads public files from their publishers. Inference does not require an API key.
The planned product adds a packaged installer and a simpler first-run experience. No signed installer or full-duplex voice conversation is available here. A separate US$1.90 refundable preorder is being prepared; its terms are below. Dessa support is planned and is not available today.

You would be preordering our Mac launcher, sold by Jianming Duan. This is not a Dessa or Block product, license, invitation or access purchase. Dessa support is planned and depends on access and suitable licensing; it is not supported today.
The delivery deadline is 90 calendar days after payment, with the exact date in your order confirmation. If Dessa support has not been delivered by that deadline, we will automatically issue a full refund. You may request a full refund at any time before that; we will issue it within 3 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
